Shipping and what to expect at the border
Shipping

- Ireland
- Standard shipping

- Estimated delivery
- 3–4 days
Delivery charges apply to all areas. Dispatch time, carrier and tracking are confirmed when you order.
Customs & taxes
Since we ship from Ireland, customers in the EU won't usually face customs charges. Charges and taxes may apply in other destinations — check your local rules or ask us before you order. This isn't tax or legal advice.
What’s one-off and what’s ongoing
Some of what you pay is likely to be one-off — the hardware and delivery. If your setup includes an ongoing service, that part would be recurring. Your quote sets out clearly which is which, once we've confirmed the details with you.
Things to be aware of
- Your own broadband connection at home
- Any customs charges or import taxes outside the EU — check your local rules or ask us
- Any subscription terms — confirmed before you order
