How is it delivered?
All orders ship from Ireland. Standard shipping is €30, and delivery charges apply to all areas. The carrier, dispatch time and whether tracking is provided are confirmed with you before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3–4 days from Ireland. It's not a guarantee — dispatch time after ordering is confirmed with you directly.
Do customs charges or taxes apply?
Since we ship from Ireland, customers in the EU won't usually face customs charges. Charges and taxes may apply in other destinations — check your local rules or ask us before you order. This isn't tax or legal advice.

The Sky Stream UK Puck is €99, Router + 12 Months VPN is €99, and the Sky Pack (Sky Ultimate, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Paramount, Kids, Dolby Sound and ad skipping) is €105. How do I pay?
We don't take payment on this website. Once we've confirmed your order, you can pay over the phone or through a secure payment link we send you.
